Glorifying God In the New Year 1/4/2014

The year of our Lord 2014 began with a strong proclamation of the salvation that comes from God through the sacrifice made by Christ on the cross of Calvary. CBC Team members Mark, Steve M., Jack, Dean S., Forest, Dean C., Sai, and Steven V. took up positions on the Mall and on the corner of San Fernando and Magnolia, to share the Gospel of God's saving grace.

The Morning Shift  12/31/2013

We were glad to be greeted by our good friend Richard who braved the chilly morning air to join in the proclamation of the Glorious Gospel at North Hollywood Metro Station. Although we were there on a Tuesday, New Year's Eve day, we will resume our Wednesday morning outreach there starting on Jan. 8th. Please join us at 6:00 AM. Dress warm!

Rose Parade Goes Pagan

Christian witnesses precede last year's Rose Parade

Significantly, the new year was marked by the cultural sanctioning of same-sex marriage by the inclusion of a homosexual wedding ceremony in the nationally broadcast Pasadena Rose Parade. John MacArthur has an excellent article that addresses the issue of homosexuality from a biblical perspective.

Join us again in Burbank, this coming Saturday, at 6:00 PM, as we gather to pray and then walk together to the Palm St. outdoor mall for witnessing.
