When joining us on a regular outreach, we will provide plenty of Bibles and tracts for you to use.  However, if you would like to purchase some for your own use, these links are where we get many of ours.

Evangelism Resources

Our vision is to inspire in every Christian a God-glorifying passion to fulfill the Great Commission. Our mission is to accomplish this through our award-winning television program, our Ambassadors' Alliance and Academy, Transformed and Deeper training conferences, CDs, DVDs, books, and unique gospel tracts. Our earnest prayer is that God would raise up laborers as never before. Our desire is for those laborers to embrace biblical evangelism, and our aim is to equip them with tools to make the task easy and effective. (source: site)
Excellent source for low cost tracts.  This is where we get our Good Person and Million Dollar tracts.

BibleSurplus.com (ESV Bibles)
If you are looking for lots of New Testaments, there are few better (or cheaper) options for handing out than those at Bible Surplus.  You will need to buy by the case (min 100 Bibles), but will get them less than $1.00 each.

Biblica Direct (NVI [Spanish] Bibles)
Spanish New Testaments cost a little more than English ones, but you can get them at Biblica Direct for around $1.00/ea if you buy at least 50.

Lockman Foundation (NASB)
The Lockman Foundation, publisher of the NASB, offers a limited supply of free, full NASB Bibles for ministries and churches (you are responsible for the shipping costs).  These can only be obtained by submitting a request through their website: Free Bible Offer for Churches and Ministries

Bible Notes: Generally the very cheap Bibles (< $1 and the free Lockman ones) use a 7pt font.  Be warned that these can be difficult to read because the writing is so small.  You might want to see if you can get your hand on one before committing to a large order to make sure they will work for your needs!

Additional note: If you plan to hand out Bibles an an outreach or event, I would recommend having a large supply of NTs with just a few full Bibles on hand.  Even the cheap full Bibles can cost 2-5x as much as the NTs, and as a lot of Bibles will be taken but unused (you will find them tossed along the sidewalk, young kids will want them because they are free, etc) it's prudent to use NTs for general handing out, saving the more expensive ones for those times that people appear to be genuinely looking for, or in need of, a full Bible.

While your local church should be your first stop for teaching of God's Word, below are other resources you may find helpful.

Calvary Bible Church exists to Exalt the Lord Jesus Christ by continuing His mission on earth of building His church by making disciples, whose singular passion and pursuit is to know, love, and serve Christ, making other disciples who will do the same (source: site)

Desiring God
The ministry of John Piper
God is most glorified in us, when we are most satisfied in him — desiringGod.org exists to help people everywhere understand and embrace this truth. We aim to make the glory of God and the goodness of joy the foundation and flavor of everything we do. (source: site)
Wretched Radio/TV
The ministry of Todd Friel
Upon being warned that talking about false teachers on radio would end in Todd’s termination, Todd contacted Ray Comfort to seek advice in response to his boss’s demand that he become seeker sensitive on air.  Ray Comfort’s typical and immediate response was, “Then let’s do our own radio show.” So in 2005 we did just that.  Before long, we were invited to produce a TV version of the radio show.  So we loaded up the truck and half of us moved to Atlanta.  Georgia that is.  For the last seven years we have produced Wretched TV and Radio with our eye squarely focused on our three fold vision. The Way of the Master

150,000 people die every 24 hours—most without the Savior. We are deeply concerned that so few Christians reach out to the lost. Statistics show that this is as low as 5%. One of the reasons for this is that many don’t feel equipped. As a ministry, our sole purpose is to inspire and equip Christians—to teach them how to share the gospel simply, effectively, biblically . . . the way Jesus did. (source: site)

Answers In Genesis

Sye Ten Bruggencate (Proof That God Exists)
It is hoped that God uses this site to help professed unbelievers admit what they already know, that God exists, that they are under His wrath, and that they are trying to escape their accountability to him. May God also use this site to lead these people to repent of their sin and accept the gift of salvation through His Son Jesus Christ, who died and rose again, that they might have life, and live it abundantly. Tony Miano (Cross Encounters Ministries)
Tony has preached in many churches across the United States, Canada, England, Norway, Scotland, and Kenya.  He has served as the keynote speaker at several different conferences.  He is committed to expository preaching.  He frequently addresses topics such as biblical evangelism, spiritual growth and personal holiness, as well as the person and work of Jesus Christ.
Presently, Tony is serving the Lord as an itinerant preacher and open-air evangelist. (source: site)
Jeremiah Cry
We seek to restore the biblical view of Christ-centered evangelism through reformational preaching, making a stark contrast with the man-centered pragmatism of our day seen in unbiblical gimmicks and the dualistic mindset of weekend outreaches. (source: site)
Appalachia Cry
In modern times of timidness and pragmatism, we preach Christ crucified (1 Cor. 1:23) boldly, without fear (Is. 40:9). Our words of the truth of the Gospel message are laced in love (Eph. 4:15) for the lost to come to Christ for eternal life.  There is no eloquence (1 Cor. 1:21) or man-centered wisdom (1 Cor. 1:17) that can bring a lost person of Christ, only a clarion call to repentance and faith (Mark 1:15) unto salvation. (source: site)
Luke 10:2 Ministries
Shawn is compelled to preach Good News with this lost and dying generation.  Preaching, Witnessing, Equiping, that is his three-fold vision and call to action. It is his vision to fulfill the Great Commission.  He evangelizes through witnessing 1-2-1, singing, distributing Gospel tracts, and publicly proclaiming the Gospel which can accommodate hundreds of people at a time.  Additionally Shawn does training for churches. Defending the faith can be daunting, and a well-reasoned and biblically grounded apologetic is essential for the challenge. Following in the footsteps of groundbreaking apologist Cornelius Van Til, Scott Oliphint presents us with an introduction to Reformed apologetics as he sets forth the principles behind a distinctly “covenantal” approach. This book clearly explains the theological foundations of covenantal apologetics and illustrates its application in real-world conversations with unbelievers—helping Christians to boldly, knowledgeably, and winsomely proclaim the gospel. (Jeremy Note: Probably the best book I've read on Biblical evangelism.)

Since the days of the early church, Christians have wrestled with the relationship between law and gospel. If, as the apostle Paul says, salvation is by grace and the law cannot save, what relevance does the law have for Christians today?

By revisiting the Marrow Controversy—a famous but largely forgotten eighteenth-century debate related to the proper relationship between God’s grace and our works—Sinclair B. Ferguson sheds light on this central issue and why it still matters today. In doing so, he explains how our understanding of the relationship between law and gospel determines our approach to evangelism, our pursuit of sanctification, and even our understanding of God himself.

Ferguson shows us that the antidote to the poison of legalism on the one hand and antinomianism on the other is one and the same: the life-giving gospel of Jesus Christ, in whom we are simultaneously justified by faith, freed for good works, and assured of salvation. (source: amazon)

(Jeremy Note: This book brilliantly and wonderfully demonstrates how legalism and antinomianism errors both stem from a wrong understanding of the Gospel.  As Ferguson puts it, these two extremes are "nonidentical twins that emerge from the same womb.")

What is the gospel? It seems like a simple question, yet it has been known to incite some heated responses, even in the church. How are we to formulate a clear, biblical understanding of the gospel? Tradition, reason, and experience all leave us ultimately disappointed. If we want answers, we must turn to the Word of God.

Greg Gilbert does so in What Is the Gospel? Beginning with Paul's systematic presentation of the gospel in Romans and moving through the sermons in Acts, Gilbert argues that the central structure of the gospel consists of four main subjects: God, man, Christ, and a response. The book carefully examines each and then explores the effects the gospel can have in individuals, churches, and the world. Both Christian and non-Christian readers will gain a clearer understanding of the gospel in this valuable resource. (source: amazon)
