Wow, That is a dilemma. As a male, I couldn't do it. I can't even go to Fox news website anymore...there's guaranteed to be trash waiting. Maybe let females do this as they're less likely to be visually tempted. If you don't have a struggle with that sin and want to continue, I'd definitely go in groups of 2 at the very least--some level of accountability--eyes are less likely to linger with a brother standing right next to you. Or you could just stand on the machine and open air! God bless, your blog is a daily encouragment.

Jeff (who is a seasoned 3 year evangelist) said that its a good idea, but suggested that I keep a picture of my wife and kids in my bible, pray and read Psalm 91 before attempting it.
