This weekend we figured out how to combine family outings with family evangelism. We went to the Griffith Park pony ride, which was packed with people. I'm usually torn between handing out tracts and spending time devoted to the family. So we decided that after we had plenty of fun together, on the way out we all will hand out tracts then hop in the car for "THE GETAWAY!"
We handed out almost 100 tracts in a matter of minutes! Even our 2-year-old fearlessly gave them away. For us, it was the perfect way to balance family time with evangelism and taught the kids that reaching out to the lost is just something our family does.
